Both the visitation and the funeral for Irene and Rita Wattjes will take place at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 22009 E 19th Rd, Nokomis, IL.

The visitation is Saturday, March 9, 1:00 pm—3:00 pm. The funeral service is at 3:00 pm with the committal following.

They have now come to their reward, to the place prepared for them and all those who trust in Christ Jesus, to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God, to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven, to God, the judge of all men, to the spirits of righteous men made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. For lo Christ says: “I am the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.” Thanks be to God! He does all things well. May they rest + in peace. Amen.
