Join us this Advent, on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM, as we look at the prophetic office of Christ, which includes His teaching and miracles; the priestly office of Christ, which consists of the satisfaction made for the sins of the world by His death on the cross as well as the continued intercession of the exalted Savior for His people; and the kingly office of Christ, whereby Christ founded his kingdom, defends his church against all enemies, and rules all things in heaven and on earth.
The December Bi-Monthly Mission will go to the East Prairie Angel Tree. All loose cash in the offering for the weekend of December 7 will go to the East Prairie Angel Tree. The Youth Group Event for October is set for Sunday, October 26, 4:00 pm—6:00 pm. We will be joining the Youth Group from Grace Lutheran Church, Paris, Illinois, for some hiking and games at their park facilities. We will be leaving the church at 2:45 pm and we will be back home no later than 8:00 pm.
